You may be wondering what the title of this post means…let me explain. Actually, I should be saying, “Let me confess!”.
You see this is the second time that I have created my blog.
The first time was about 2 years ago and I started it with every intention of maintaining it, updating it, and using it as it should be…to provide useful advice and information and build relationships with my blog visitors and contributors. And for a few months, I did so.
However, I am ashamed to say I started to get side-tracked with other projects and steadily my blog became ignored. I eventually took the decision to close it down and remove it completely…epic fail!
I’m sorry to say it is possibly one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made in my internet business. No matter how many products, sales pages, affiliate links, etc that you have out there, your blog is, without doubt, your most valuable web presence.
It is where other people can find you, read what you have to say and think, and most importantly relate to the real you. And of course, by leaving comments they can communicate with you as well. What this does is build both relationships and, more importantly, trust.
Trust is one of the most precious assets anyone or any business can possess as it is the foundation of any relationship. Of course in business, your relationship with both potential and existing customers is directly proportional to your success.
So you can be sure that this time my blog is here to stay…TRUST ME!
